Built in 1394, the palace is the residence of the first royal family of the Chosen Dynasty. Findlotus ponds, ancient stone pagodas and pavilions among the vast walled grounds. Both the National Museum of Korea and National Folk Museum are located inside the palace compound. Admission fee of 700 won.
